Individuell coaching:
Jonas erbjuder sessioner i mer traditionell livscoaching, karriärscoaching och även i Stage Therapy, där han hämtar inspiration från sin bakgrund på och bakom scenen.

 

Stage Therapy:
Jonas coachar och guidar dig att gå från din komfortzon och till en plats med starkt självförtroende och säker självmedvetenhet som även ger dig möjlighet att ta kontroll över bild  du projicerar till omvärlden.
Olika skådespelartekniker ger dig de verktyg som behövs för att hålla dig jordad och vara närvarande i ögonblicket, samt sätta kraftfulla intentioner, skapa en stark anpassning av vad du känner, ​​vet och vill uppnå det du önskar i livet att få utnyttja din högsta potential.

 

Workshop:
Denna workshop är baserad på ett masterprogram från Stanford University som utvecklades 1979 för att odla kreativitet och möjligheten till att lyckas med vad man tar sig för i livet. Det utsågs till den mest ”life changing” kursen som någonsin har undervisats på Stanford. Under denna resa till ditt inre kommer du att få kartan, verktygen, grunden och guidningen för att kunna vara stark och beslutsam, redo att leva ditt mest autentiska liv.
